We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer with 6–9 years of software development experience to build software-driven infrastructure automation, domain integrations, and platform modernization solutions. This is a contract opportunity.
Start Date: January 1, 2027 (anticipated, subject to role activation)
Location: Remote; no geographic restriction stated
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Contract: January 1 – December 31, 2027 (anticipated)

Core Requirements:
- 6–9 years of software development experience (requisition classification).
- Hands-on Java and/or Python for infrastructure automation.
- Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management.
- Domain-specific API development and systems integration.
- Experience across network, compute, storage, cloud, and identity infrastructure.
- CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering modernization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software-driven infrastructure automation.
- Build and integrate APIs across infrastructure domains.
- Implement Terraform and Ansible-based automation and configuration management.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Support platform modernization and legacy infrastructure remediation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and improve application performance.
