Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Core Requirements:
- Advanced project management experience; 6-9 years is the requisition classification.
- Pharmaceutical drug development experience in drug discovery, preclinical research, or wet-lab environments.
- Strong PMO capabilities, including analytical reporting, business-case and cost tracking, and project governance.
- Experience maintaining project tools, tracking dependencies and risks, and preparing senior leadership presentations.
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder engagement, and meeting/workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical research platform or incubator initiatives.
- Experience in an early-stage biotechnology environment or similar research organization.
- Coordinate pharmaceutical R&D project activities, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project plans, governance templates, project tools, and reporting materials.
- Track costs, business cases, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare committee-ready presentations and clear recommendations for decision-makers.
- Organize meetings and workshops, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
- Support Agile project delivery practices and help remove impediments.
