Health and Wellness Engagement Assistant | Onsite | Ann Arbor, MI | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Health and Wellness Engagement Assistant with 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience and at least 2 years of healthcare or insurance industry experience to support member engagement, health and wellness program enrollment, and coordination of healthcare services. This is a Contract opportunity.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: 100% Onsite – Trinity Hospital
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2
Core Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare delivery system, provider office, or insurance industry.
• 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assist members with health and wellness program information, enrollment, and service coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 2–3 years of inbound/outbound call center experience.
• Motivational interviewing experience.
• Experience with the CareAdvance platform.

• Answer member questions regarding health and wellness benefits, programs, and services.
• Engage prospective participants and assist with program enrollment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate services and referrals with healthcare providers and members.
• Assist members with portal navigation and appointment scheduling.
• Administer member satisfaction surveys.
• Support documentation of departmental procedures.
