Walker Healthforce is seeking an Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant with Oracle project financials and application support experience to provide production support, incident resolution, enhancements, and release management. This is a Contract opportunity.
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Contract: Through 04/30/2027

Core Requirements

• Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) functional experience; requisition classified as intermediate (3-5 years).
• Hands-on L2/L3 production support, ticket triage, root cause analysis, and SLA management.
• Project costing, billing, contracts, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and capital project processes.
• Experience supporting Oracle PPM integrations, interface troubleshooting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, support UAT, and assess release impacts.
• Strong collaboration with business users, technical teams, and application support partners.

• Resolve Oracle Fusion PPM incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed service levels.
• Support project financial processes, financial close activities, project setup, and capitalization.
• Troubleshoot OIC integrations, REST APIs, ESS jobs, FBDI imports, and related interfaces.
• Support reporting through BI Publisher, OTBI, and project performance reporting.
• Analyze minor enhancements, document functional requirements, and assist with testing and deployment.
• Review Oracle quarterly releases and evaluate impacts to configurations, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Maintain operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Partner with business, technical, and support teams to improve application stability.
