Medicare Advantage Enrollment Analyst | Hybrid | Detroit, MI | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Medicare Advantage Enrollment Analyst with 4 years of experience in the Medicare Advantage field to provide system testing, enrollment operations support, regulatory compliance, and process improvement support. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – Detroit, MI; onsite 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in the Medicare Advantage field
• Medicare Advantage enrollment/disenrollment experience
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines
• MARx and IKA experience
• Data analysis experience
• System and UAT testing experience
• Ability to support internal and external customers

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Knowledge of CMS guidelines, including Chapter 2
• Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timelines for discrepancy resolution
• Additional system and UAT testing knowledge
• Process improvement experience, including Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system and user acceptance testing.
• Support and manage system releases.
• Ensure system functionality aligns with CMS guidelines.
• Identify and support resolution of system defects.
• Develop and update operational workflows.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement process improvements that enhance programs, services, and customer experience.
