Walker Healthforce is seeking experienced Contract Recruiters – Technical Recruiting who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and continually evolving environment. We are looking for highly adaptable, delivery-oriented talent professionals who can manage shifting priorities while providing a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Core Requirements:

• 6-7+ years of overall recruiting experience
• At least 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience within a technology company, professional services organization, direct competitor, or similarly complex organization
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer and onboarding
• Candidate sourcing and screening experience
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines
• Strong hiring manager and stakeholder partnership skills
• Ability to advise stakeholders using recruiting judgment and market insights
• Demonstrated ability to execute against aggressive hiring goals and timelines
• Strong ATS and candidate-record management experience
• Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and areas of support
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to balance high volume, complexity, urgency, and quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting activities across the candidate lifecycle
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Assess candidate qualifications and role fit
• Coordinate candidate interviews
• Manage recruiting pipelines and concurrent priorities
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
• Advise hiring stakeholders using recruiting expertise and market insights
• Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies as priorities change
• Execute against aggressive hiring goals and timelines
• Provide regular recruiting progress and candidate-status updates
• Independently resolve recruiting obstacles
• Maintain a strong candidate experience
• Balance multiple high-priority hiring demands while maintaining quality
