Walker Healthforce is seeking an experienced Applied AI Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI-powered products and platforms. This role requires a delivery leader with prior experience working with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled products, along with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data teams. job

Core Requirements:

• 6+ years of end-to-end project/program management and delivery experience
• Advanced to Expert-level delivery leadership
• Proven experience leading delivery of AI-powered products and platforms
• Generative AI experience
• Agentic AI experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
• Model evaluation and AI quality validation experience
• Prompt testing experience
• AI observability and performance monitoring experience
• Experience enabling rapid experimentation while maintaining production quality
• Operational readiness and product supportability experience
• Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data teams
• AI capability prioritization based on feasibility, value, risk, and adoption
• Strong project/workstream leadership
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Enterprise-scale AI platform delivery experience
• Experience establishing AI-specific delivery frameworks
• Experience defining AI experimentation and production-readiness practices
• Experience measuring AI adoption and value
• Strong knowledge of production GenAI or Agentic AI delivery considerations

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products and platforms
• Coordinate complex AI initiatives across cross-functional engineering teams
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and execution frameworks
• Drive AI-specific engineering practices
• Support model evaluation and prompt testing
• Establish appropriate observability and performance monitoring
• Enable rapid experimentation while maintaining production quality and reliability
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data
• Drive operational readiness and supportability
• Support continuous improvement of AI-enabled products
• Prioritize AI capabilities based on feasibility, value, risk, and adoption
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Track delivery progress and communicate status to stakeholders
• Lead multiple projects or workstreams through successful delivery
