Walker Healthforce is seeking an experienced Applied AI Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization of AI-powered products. This role requires prior experience building AI-based products and practical knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI, combined with strong product ownership and cross-functional leadership capabilities. job

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Contract: Through 05/29/2027

Travel: Approximately 10% between Nashville and Tampa

Core Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management or related experience
• Advanced to Expert-level product management capabilities
• Prior experience building and delivering AI-based products
• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools
• Agentic AI product experience
• Product vision, strategy, and roadmap ownership
• Product Owner experience
• Experience identifying high-value AI and automation opportunities
• Experience partnering directly with engineering teams
• Product prioritization based on value, feasibility, risk, and adoption
• Success metric and experimentation framework development
• Product value realization experience
• Responsible AI knowledge
• AI governance, privacy, and compliance awareness
• Requirements analysis and user story development
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder leadership
• Ability to drive initiatives and deliver against timelines

• Experience developing AI products focused on improving user experiences

Job Responsibilities:

• Define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Identify opportunities for Generative AI, AI agents, and automation
• Translate business opportunities into actionable AI product capabilities
• Own product requirements and prioritization
• Partner with engineering teams throughout product development
• Evaluate capabilities based on feasibility, value, risk, and adoption
• Define product success measures and experimentation frameworks
• Measure product adoption and value realization
• Incorporate Responsible AI into product planning
• Address governance, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Develop requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Collaborate across business and technology teams
• Communicate product recommendations and outcomes to stakeholders
• Drive delivery against established timelines
