Walker Healthforce is seeking an EPIC Analyst: III (Senior) with at least 5 years of EPIC experience to support EPIC Health Information Management – Coding and Abstracting workflows, system optimization, troubleshooting, training, reporting, and system enhancements. This is a Contract opportunity.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2
Core Requirements:
At least 5 years of EPIC experience.
Epic Certification – Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting.
Experience configuring and maintaining EPIC Health Information Management – Coding and Abstracting modules.
Experience analyzing, designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting EPIC workflows.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data security best practices.
We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:
7 years of EPIC experience.
Recent healthcare experience.
Health Information Management (HIM) Coding operational experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC workflows.
Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management – Coding and Abstracting modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to support users.
Conduct training and create user-friendly documentation.
Gather and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Partner with IT and project management teams on system upgrades and new functionality.
Support adherence to healthcare regulations and data security best practices.
