PTC Windchill Developer / Systems Integration Consultant | Remote + Travel | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a PTC Windchill Developer / Systems Integration Consultant with advanced, hands-on Windchill software development experience. This is a remote Contract opportunity with regular travel/colocation requirements. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens. job

Start Date: 09/28/2026
Location: Remote with required colocation/travel
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Contract: Through 03/29/2027
Travel: At least one week per month, with ability to travel up to two weeks per month; travel expenses covered
Worker Type: W2 – U.S. Citizen required

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of PTC Windchill configuration, customization, and data migration experience
• Hands-on PTC Windchill software development experience
• Advanced Windchill expertise
• Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML development experience
• 3+ end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects
• Windchill 13.x and 14.x experience
• MPMLink and Process Plans experience
• Business configuration, workflows, change management, and BOM management
• PTC Creo CAD data migration experience
• Windchill integration with downstream enterprise systems
• PLM interface development
• Experience integrating with ERP and MES platforms
• Experience supporting PLM code, integration configurations, deployment/build scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities
• Ability to support required monthly travel
• U.S. Citizenship required

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Multi-PLM or multi-CAD environment experience
• Experience with multiple PLM frameworks/vendors
• Aerospace and Defense experience
• Automotive, industrial products, or other discrete manufacturing experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on PTC Windchill development and customization
• Support Windchill upgrade development
• Configure and integrate Windchill PLM environments
• Deploy MPMLink and Process Plans
• Develop PLM interfaces to enterprise systems
• Develop Windchill solutions using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and XML
• Support Windchill workflows, change management, Process Plans, and BOMs
• Perform Windchill and PTC Creo data migration
• Support integrations with ERP and MES platforms
• Review and support PLM code and integration configurations
• Support build, installation, and deployment processes
• Install modules and support upgrade activities
• Troubleshoot solutions across development, QA, and production environments
• Maintain applicable technical and integration documentation
