Walker Healthforce is seeking an experienced Video Producer – Corporate Live Production to manage and support the execution of corporate live events. This is an onsite Contract opportunity for a hands-on production professional with strong Video Lead, Video Production, Videography, and Project Management experience. job

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Location: New York, NY – Onsite at 30 Rockefeller Plaza
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Contract: Through 01/29/2027
Travel: Up to 30%

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years of video/live production experience
• Corporate live production experience
• Video Producer experience
• Video Lead experience
• Strong Video Production capabilities
• Videography experience
• Production Project Management experience
• Experience managing live production activities and resources
• Experience supporting audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Live-event technical troubleshooting experience
• Vendor and supplier coordination experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and production requirements
• Ability to work onsite at 30 Rockefeller Plaza
• Ability to travel up to 30%

• Experience producing executive-level corporate events
• Experience managing complex productions involving multiple vendors and technical teams
• Experience leading high-visibility corporate productions in fast-paced environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and coordinate corporate live events
• Manage production activities from planning through execution
• Serve as Video Producer and provide Video Lead support
• Coordinate production schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Support video production and videography activities
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and suppliers
• Support setup and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Provide technical support during live productions
• Troubleshoot production issues during live events
• Ensure required production resources are available
• Maintain alignment with event timelines and requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable production safety and technical standards
• Travel as required to support productions
