Walker Healthforce is seeking a Live Production Contractor – Corporate Videography with 3-5 years of experience to provide hands-on technical and videography support for corporate live productions. This is an onsite Contract opportunity requiring strong technical operation of professional production gear and studio equipment. job

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Location: New York, NY – Onsite at 30 Rockefeller Plaza
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours; flexibility based on live production requirements
Contract: Through 01/29/2027
Travel: Up to 30%

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years of live production, videography, or video production experience
• Corporate live production experience
• Strong hands-on videography experience
• Professional video production equipment operation
• Studio technical operations experience
• Video Editing experience
• Video Production experience
• Video Lead experience
• Hands-on audio, video, and lighting equipment setup and operation
• Live-event technical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to resolve technical production issues in real time
• Vendor and production resource coordination experience
• Ability to travel up to 30%

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience supporting executive-level corporate events
• Experience taking technical ownership of corporate studio environments
• Experience coordinating multiple production resources during complex live events

Job Responsibilities:

• Support corporate live production events from setup through execution
• Operate professional video and studio production equipment
• Set up and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Provide hands-on videography support
• Support video production and editing
• Provide Video Lead support as required
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live productions
• Coordinate production resources with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and validate equipment before events
• Support studio setup, operation, and breakdown
• Maintain applicable production safety and technical standards
• Travel as required for production activities
