Walker Healthforce is seeking an AI Developer – Full Stack & Machine Learning with 3-5 years of experience to build and integrate finance-focused artificial intelligence solutions. This is a Contract opportunity combining AI/ML development with full-stack application capabilities.

Start Date: 10/01/2026
Location: San Jose, CA preferred – Hybrid flexibility
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Contract: Through 03/31/2027
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years of AI, machine learning, full-stack development, or related experience
• Hands-on machine learning and AI solution development experience
• Full-stack development experience supporting AI-driven applications
• Experience developing, training, and implementing machine learning models
• Data preprocessing and feature selection experience
• Model evaluation and quality validation experience
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications
• Production deployment experience for AI-driven solutions
• Experience monitoring AI/model performance in production
• Strong technical collaboration and documentation capabilities

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Finance-focused AI development experience
• Finance Transformation experience
• Experience developing AI solutions for financial analytics or automation
• Experience applying NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics to business use cases

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate finance-focused AI solutions
• Build and train machine learning and AI models
• Develop full-stack capabilities supporting AI applications
• Prepare and preprocess data for AI/ML solutions
• Perform feature selection and model evaluation
• Apply appropriate AI/ML techniques based on project objectives
• Deploy AI-driven applications into production
• Monitor and improve production AI performance
• Integrate AI capabilities with applicable enterprise applications and workflows
• Support analytical and automation requirements
• Document AI/ML methodologies and technical solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with project requirements
