Walker Healthforce is seeking an AWS Integrations Operate Lead with advanced AWS and production integration support experience. This is a Contract opportunity supporting an enterprise environment with both real-time API and scheduled batch/file-based integrations.
Start Date: 09/28/2026
Location: Ewing Township, NJ – Hybrid, 3 days onsite; candidates must be local
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours; US-hours production support
Worker Type: W2
Core Requirements:
- 6-9 years of advanced AWS development/integration experience
- Hands-on AWS production support experience
- AWS S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and CloudWatch
- CloudWatch Logs Insights troubleshooting experience
- L1/L2 production support experience
- REST API troubleshooting, including validation, authentication, and timeout failures
- Batch and file-based integration support
- SFTP and PGP/encryption experience
- Experience troubleshooting data-quality rejects and missed processing windows
- Experience coordinating reprocessing and backfill activities
- Integration configuration and mapping experience
- Strong incident management and SLA-driven troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendor technical teams
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in Ewing Township, NJ
We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:
- Drug, biotechnology, life sciences, or similar industry experience
- Terraform or AWS CloudFormation experience
- AWS performance and cost optimization experience
- Experience serving as the primary US-hours contact for enterprise integration support
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor AWS API and batch integrations
- Provide L1/L2 production support and incident resolution
- Troubleshoot integration failures using CloudWatch and Logs Insights
- Diagnose API validation, authentication, and timeout issues
- Troubleshoot SFTP/PGP, batch, and data-quality failures
- Coordinate reprocessing and backfill activities
- Support real-time and scheduled integrations
- Coordinate cross-system incidents with internal and external technical teams
- Complete new integration setups and configuration/mapping changes
- Maintain runbooks and integration documentation
- Escalate systemic issues as required
- Support reliable operation of the AWS integration environment
