Non-IT Project Manager – Learning & Development | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Non-IT Project Manager – Learning & Development with 3-5 years of project management experience to support enterprise learning programs focused on strengthening business communication capabilities. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: 09/22/2026
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of non-IT project management experience
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder management and program coordination experience
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating project meetings
  • Experience monitoring progress, risks, issues, and project performance
  • Experience preparing project status reports and stakeholder communications
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience developing professional presentations and documents
  • Ability to work effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

  • Learning and Development program experience
  • Enterprise learning or training program coordination experience
  • Faculty or facilitator management experience
  • Business communication learning program experience
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed programs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support agile design and delivery of business communication skills programs
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate faculty requirements and established faculty management processes
  • Support delivery of a full calendar of learning programs across multiple geographical hubs
  • Build and manage relationships with program stakeholders
  • Coordinate project meetings and facilitate stakeholder communication
  • Monitor program progress and address risks and issues
  • Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management
  • Create presentations and documents that clearly communicate concepts and decision points
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve learning program challenges
  • Support initiatives designed to improve employee performance
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to achieve program objectives
