DataOps Analyst – RCM Analytics | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a DataOps Analyst – RCM Analytics with strong SQL/Redshift, AWS data engineering, Python, and hands-on GenAI experience to support a large-scale Revenue Cycle Management analytics engagement. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Location: Remote – US; occasional in-person collaboration in New York may be available
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 2+ years of advanced SQL/Redshift experience
• Advanced SQL expertise with window functions, CTEs, complex transformations, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Python development experience
• Jinja or similar templating experience for dynamic/parameterized queries
• AWS Glue, S3, and Redshift experience supporting ETL/data ingestion pipelines
• Hands-on agentic/GenAI experience
• Experience applying AI-assisted capabilities to data profiling, code generation, QA, or related engineering activities
• Strong communication skills and experience working across distributed teams
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Revenue Cycle Management analytics experience
• Healthcare transaction and EDI data experience
• Amazon Bedrock, Langflow, Claude, or GitHub Copilot experience
• Apache Superset dashboard development experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Redshift SQL for RCM analytics
• Develop advanced SQL transformations and optimize query performance at scale
• Build cloud-native ingestion pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, and Redshift
• Process healthcare transaction and EDI data
• Develop parameterized analytics and dashboard queries using Python and Jinja
• Build and apply agentic/GenAI solutions for data profiling, code generation, and QA
• Rapidly build and iterate on Superset dashboards
• Develop and maintain ETL and data integration processes
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Collaborate daily with globally distributed team members
