Senior Epic Consultant – E-Signature | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Epic Consultant – E-Signature with advanced Epic experience to support the design and implementation of an Epic e-signature rollout. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours; preference for Pacific Time (PST) hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of advanced Epic experience
• Epic certification in an applicable module, such as Prelude, OpTime, ASAP, or Ambulatory
• Detailed hands-on experience with Epic e-signature documents
• Strong understanding of Epic SmartText and SmartForms
• Experience configuring and customizing Epic functionality
• Experience with Epic system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experience documenting Epic configurations and workflows
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• FDT template build experience
• Experience with EAF and HST
• Ability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of an Epic e-signature rollout
• Configure and customize Epic functionality based on project requirements
• Build and support Epic e-signature documents and workflows
• Utilize SmartText and SmartForms to support e-signature requirements
• Support FDT template build activities, including EAF and HST, where applicable
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic system issues
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Collaborate with business partners throughout design and implementation
• Provide application support and guidance to end users
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes
