Walker Healthforce is seeking an Epic ASAP Analyst with advanced Epic ASAP experience to support the build and implementation of a new urgent care facility. The role will work across teams to configure the Epic ASAP environment and support successful delivery through go-live. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours; strong preference for Pacific Time (PST) hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• Epic ASAP Certification
• Advanced hands-on Epic ASAP experience
• Experience as an Epic ASAP build analyst supporting an urgent care facility implementation
• Experience with Epic ASAP build and configuration
• Experience supporting implementation activities through go-live
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Flexibility to consistently work Pacific Time (PST) hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Epic ASAP for a new urgent care facility
• Build and configure the facility using an existing urgent care implementation as a starting point
• Configure and support required Epic ASAP functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation
• Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution
• Assist with delivery of a fully functional facility at go-live
• Document applicable system configurations, workflows, and processes
