Senior Business Analyst – Shipment Tracking & Transportation Visibility | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Shipment Tracking & Transportation Visibility with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience to support shipment tracking, transportation visibility, requirements, Agile delivery, and solution enhancement initiatives. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with requirements elicitation, process analysis, and documentation
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience coordinating UAT and supporting functional testing
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working across business and IT teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Jira, and Outlook

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Transportation or logistics experience
• Project44 or other shipment visibility platform experience
• Experience with real-time shipment tracking and visibility solutions
• Knowledge of TMS, WMS, and carrier integrations
• Understanding of milestone events, shipment exceptions, tracking accuracy, and visibility analytics

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation for shipment tracking and visibility initiatives
• Partner with transportation and logistics teams to improve tracking accuracy, visibility, alerting, and reporting
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enhancements
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities
• Coordinate UAT and support functional testing
• Analyze impacts across visibility platforms, TMS, WMS, and carrier integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Support production releases and post-deployment validation
