Oracle Retail Functional Lead | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Oracle Retail Functional Lead with 10+ years of Oracle Retail/Retek functional experience to analyze business requirements and design, validate, and support Oracle Retail solutions. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote; may work onsite in Des Moines, IA for 1 week per quarter
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 10+ years of expert-level Oracle Retail/Retek Functional experience
• Strong Oracle Retail and Oracle Cloud Retail experience
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements
• Experience translating requirements into Oracle functional solutions
• Strong functional testing and system-validation experience
• Experience supporting Oracle solution implementation and issue resolution
• Strong stakeholder communication and end-user support experience

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and system analysis.
• Translate requirements into effective Oracle Retail solutions.
• Design functional solutions aligned with business processes and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Conduct functional testing and validate system solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support Oracle Retail functionality.
• Develop documentation and provide training and support to end users.
