Walker Healthforce is seeking an AI Product Owner with 4+ years of product owner or product management experience to provide product direction and backlog leadership for a complex personalization and Next Best Action platform. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 4+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, user story, and acceptance criteria development experience
• Technical fluency across integrated platform components such as data, streaming, decisioning, rules, orchestration, machine learning, backend services, and UI
• Experience working directly with multiple engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies
• Hands-on use of Claude or comparable AI tools for planning, documentation, requirements analysis, and productivity
• Ability to translate broad or ambiguous business requirements into clearly scoped, actionable work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Experience with AI user experience and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience with personalization, marketing technology, or decisioning platforms
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience
• Experience supporting large, multi-team technical programs
• Experience working across data/ML, backend, and front-end engineering environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple platform areas
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Understand the platform architecture well enough to determine which components and teams are required for each request
• Break down ambiguous business needs into clearly scoped engineering work
• Partner with engineering leads to sequence work and manage dependencies
• Use Claude and other AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, planning, and decision-making
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to technical and business stakeholders
• Refine the backlog as new use cases and business needs emerge
• Represent business requirements during sprint planning, reviews, and roadmap discussions
• Support project planning, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, and delivery reporting
