Oracle Business Systems Analyst / Oracle CLM Lead | Remote |10% Travel to San Antonio, TX | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Oracle Business Systems Analyst / Oracle CLM Lead with 6-9 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of Oracle CLM/Procurement functional experience, to provide business analysis, functional solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation support for Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote – 10% travel to San Antonio, TX

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of relevant advanced-level experience

• 5+ years of Oracle CLM/Procurement functional experience

• Strong Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management experience

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Contracts and supplier-side procurement

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

• Strong fit-gap analysis and functional specification development skills

• Experience supporting UAT, training, and change management

• Must be US based

• Ability to travel approximately 10% to San Antonio, TX

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion background

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.

• Configure and support Oracle CLM modules, including Enterprise Contracts and supplier-side procurement.

• Gather and document requirements from legal, procurement, and contract teams.

• Design contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and clause libraries.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout implementation.

• Conduct system testing and validation against business requirements.

• Support UAT, end-user training, and change management.

• Coordinate configuration versus customization decisions with technical teams.

• Provide Oracle system and process support to end users.
