Walker Healthforce is seeking a Product Owner with 6-9 years of relevant experience to define product features and user stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and partner with Agile delivery teams to deliver business value. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role

• Strong experience defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Product backlog management and prioritization experience

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices

• Hands-on experience with Jira Align and/or Azure DevOps

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog.

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and related Agile ceremonies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams.

• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.

• Track delivery progress and manage priorities using Jira Align and Azure DevOps.
