PTC Windchill Developer (Java) | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a PTC Windchill Developer (Java) with 6-9 years of experience to provide development and maintenance support for Java-based applications and PTC Windchill solutions. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of advanced PTC Windchill experience

• 6-9 years of advanced Java experience

• 6-9 years of advanced JavaScript experience

• Windchill customization and frontend development experience

• Experience with Java, JSP, and XML configuration files

• Knowledge of Jenkins, Linux, AWS, Cucumber, and Selenium

• Test-driven development experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

• Develop and customize PTC Windchill solutions.

• Support Windchill packages including CDP, Stamp, and FBR.

• Perform frontend development using Java, JSP, and XML configuration files.

• Address technical debt and develop new project capabilities.

• Develop new features using test-driven development methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

• Support low-priority production defect fixes when required.
