Full Stack Developer – Advanced | Onsite | Cincinnati, OH | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Full Stack Developer – Advanced with 6-9 years of experience to provide full stack application development and support across modern front-end and back-end technologies. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Onsite – Cincinnati, OH
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of Full Stack Application Development experience

• Expert proficiency with React and TypeScript and experience delivering production SPAs

• Strong hands-on Java service development experience

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security

• RESTful API design and development experience

• Hands-on experience with MQTT over WebSockets for real-time, bidirectional communication

• Experience with Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent state-management solutions

• Strong knowledge of SPA architecture, client-side routing, code splitting, and lazy loading

• Experience with modern development tooling, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end application features across front-end and back-end components

• Develop scalable web applications and responsive user interfaces

• Develop Java-based services and RESTful APIs

• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, project managers, designers, and development teams

• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Implement and support real-time application communication

• Troubleshoot, test, debug, and resolve application issues

• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and functionality

• Support production-ready functionality across the application stack
