Technical Consultant – Commercial Real Estate & Lease Accounting | Hybrid | Dallas, TX | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Technical Consultant – Commercial Real Estate & Lease Accounting with 6+ years of experience to support the design and implementation of commercial real estate, lease administration, and facility management solutions. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6+ years of product and/or techno-functional experience.
• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate lease administration and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Experience with lease renewals/amendments, CAM reconciliation, and real estate/capital project lifecycles.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, user stories, and engineering-ready requirements.
• Experience with modern ERP environments, including data mapping, interfaces, and integration testing.
• Strong Agile delivery, troubleshooting, functional testing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Oracle Fusion experience, particularly with finance and lease accounting functions.
• Experience with commercial real estate platforms such as Tango.
• E-procurement and Finance ERP experience.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Customer advocacy experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into engineering-ready deliverables.
• Define features and author user stories for commercial real estate, lease administration, and capital project solutions.
• Serve as a commercial real estate subject matter expert during ERP design and integration activities.
• Translate lease administration, lease accounting, and real estate project requirements into system and interface needs.
• Support data mapping, integration testing, troubleshooting, functional testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and prioritization across multiple Agile teams.
