Cyber Oracle Cloud Security – Senior Consultant / Senior Engineering Management Specialist | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Cyber Oracle Cloud Security – Senior Consultant / Senior Engineering Management Specialist with 4+ years of experience to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud security solutions for large-scale transformation programs. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote with up to 50% travel
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Cloud security

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or a combination of these modules

• Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management, role design, user provisioning, segregation of duties, security testing, and access controls

• Experience supporting at least one Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, or transformation program

• Strong business requirements analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to independently lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others

• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on project needs

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or automated controls solutions

• Cross-functional Oracle Cloud security design experience across multiple modules

• Audit, compliance, or security remediation experience

• Experience leading client workshops, security design sessions, or requirements reviews

• Oracle Cloud certification

• Reporting security, integration security, or environment migration experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and configure security roles, access models, and controls within Oracle Cloud applications

• Support Oracle Cloud security workstreams across ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into role design, provisioning, and segregation-of-duties requirements

• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to test, remediate, and deploy Oracle Cloud security solutions

• Document security requirements, design decisions, defects, and remediation plans

• Support implementation and post-go-live Oracle Cloud security activities

• Help establish secure access, role design, control execution, and sustainable governance across enterprise platforms
