ATP Facilitator | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an ATP Facilitator with 3-5+ years of experience to deliver standardized certification training, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and support learner assessment and exam preparation. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of verified facilitation or instructor experience with checkable teaching references

• Advanced group facilitation skills, including pacing, learner engagement, difficult questions, and inclusive participation

• Deep subject-matter expertise in the domain being taught

• Experience delivering classroom, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning

• Proficiency with LMS platforms and virtual collaboration tools

• Must hold the applicable credential being taught in good standing

• Completion of the applicable licensing body's required instructor program

• Experience supporting learner assessment and certification exam preparation

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver standardized certification training using authorized courseware and participant materials

• Facilitate group discussions, case studies, role-play activities, and hands-on labs

• Monitor learner progress and administer authorized practice assessments

• Coach learners on certification exam preparation and exam-taking strategies

• Incorporate relevant real-world and sector-specific examples into standardized training

• Collect learner feedback and support continuous improvement efforts

• Set up and troubleshoot virtual classroom, LMS, and collaboration tools

• Maintain attendance, assessment, and session-completion records

• Deliver accessible learning sessions and support required accommodations

• Adapt delivery to multilingual and multicultural learner groups

• Administer assessments in accordance with applicable exam-security requirements

• Safeguard learner information, scores, and completion records
