Technical Trainer / Multi-Cloud Trainer | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Technical Trainer / Multi-Cloud Trainer with 3-5 years of experience to provide multi-cloud technical training, learner facilitation, and assessment support across cloud and technology environments. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant technical training, instructional design, or facilitation experience

• Current technical fluency across at least two major cloud platforms

• Experience delivering internal and/or client-facing technical training

• Knowledge of multi-cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and cloud security fundamentals

• At least one current cloud platform certification

• Experience administering learner assessments and maintaining training records

• Ability to support ADA/WCAG-compliant training delivery

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support diverse, multicultural learner groups

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Certifications across multiple cloud platforms

• Experience training across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

• Experience supporting training program compliance or reporting requirements

• Experience facilitating technical training for global or multilingual audiences

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote technical training and upskilling sessions across multiple cloud platforms.

• Facilitate training on multi-cloud architecture, DevOps practices, security fundamentals, and related technical topics.

• Identify learner skill gaps and provide feedback to instructional design teams.

• Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and training completion records.

• Deliver accessible sessions and materials aligned with ADA/WCAG requirements.

• Adapt training delivery for diverse and multicultural learner audiences.

• Administer practice exams and proctored assessments according to applicable security requirements.

• Safeguard learner personal information, scores, and completion records in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
