Walker Healthforce is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst with 6-9 years of experience to implement and support Workday solutions and integrations that meet business requirements. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: 08/17/2026

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6-9 years of advanced Workday experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HR Integrations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors (CCW)
• Strong integration design, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must complete required First Advantage background screening
• Ability to participate in camera-on interviews, identity validation during the interview/onboarding process, and mandatory camera-on meetings after onboarding

• Gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations
• Configure and customize Workday applications
• Design, support, and troubleshoot Workday integrations
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using Workday tools
• Provide technical support for Workday-related issues
• Conduct end-user training on Workday applications
