Senior Oracle Database & HVR Engineer | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Oracle Database & HVR Engineer with 10+ years of experience to provide Oracle database administration, HVR replication support, database performance optimization, and enterprise database maintenance. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
• Strong experience with HVR replication and data integration
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle databases
• Experience with SQL performance tuning and database optimization
• Experience with Oracle database security, backup, and recovery
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience supporting enterprise Oracle environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Oracle databases
• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software
• Monitor and optimize database performance
• Tune SQL queries and manage database resources
• Implement database security measures
• Perform backup and recovery operations
• Troubleshoot database issues and support users and developers
• Support HVR replication and enterprise data integration initiatives
