Corporate Development Manager / Senior Manager (Interim) | Onsite | Atlanta, GA | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Corporate Development Manager / Senior Manager (Interim) with 6–9 years of experience to provide corporate development and M&A support across the full acquisition lifecycle. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Onsite – Atlanta, GA 

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 6–9 years of Corporate Development, M&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or related experience
• Experience supporting the full M&A transaction lifecycle
• Strong financial modeling skills with SaaS metrics such as ARR and NRR
• Experience evaluating acquisition opportunities and conducting due diligence
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, Finance, and Product
• Experience preparing executive leadership and Board presentation materials
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience with cloud-native SaaS businesses
• Experience supporting AI/ML software acquisitions
• Experience evaluating vertical software companies
• Technology sector M&A experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and prioritize acquisition opportunities aligned to strategic objectives
• Screen inbound acquisition opportunities and supporting materials
• Build and maintain acquisition financial models
• Coordinate due diligence activities across business functions and external advisors
• Support post-acquisition integration tracking
• Develop executive presentations and Board materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
