Legal Entity Management / Corporate Governance SME | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Legal Entity Management / Corporate Governance SME with 10+ years of experience to provide legal entity governance, corporate compliance, and board support services within an investment management environment. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote (Preferred New York Metro Area; Eastern Time Zone)

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience supporting U.S. entity compliance and board governance within Asset Management
• Experience managing the legal entity lifecycle and subsidiary management activities
• Experience supporting managed services focused on corporate compliance
• Experience with HCue entity management platform
• Strong understanding of legal entity management and corporate governance processes

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Experience working within a large law firm
• Experience working for a legal or governance managed service provider
• Experience supporting enterprise governance functions

Job Responsibilities:

• Support legal entity management and corporate governance activities
• Execute entity compliance and subsidiary management processes
• Provide board support and governance documentation
• Maintain entity records using HCue
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise related to legal entity management
