Epic Project Manager | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Epic Project Manager with 3–5+ years of experience to provide project management support for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle implementation initiatives. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of project management experience
• Experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle projects
• Experience managing Epic implementations through Discovery, Go-Live, and Post-Live
• Knowledge of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle workflows
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, project planning, and status reporting

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Epic certification(s) in Patient Access and/or Revenue Cycle modules such as Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, HB, PB, or Claims

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities
• Track project milestones and workplans
• Facilitate project meetings and status reporting
• Support Revenue Cycle steering committee activities
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions
• Assist with charge testing planning
• Coordinate appointment conversion activities
• Support implementation through Go-Live and Post-Live
