Walker Healthforce is seeking an Epic MyChart/Ambulatory Analyst with 3+ years of experience to provide Epic MyChart application build, configuration, testing, maintenance, and workflow optimization support within a healthcare IT environment. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

• Active Epic MyChart Certification
• 3+ years of Epic MyChart development and application maintenance
• 3+ years of healthcare operations, clinical, or healthcare IT experience
• Experience with Epic MyChart build and configuration
• Experience with Epic Hyperdrive
• Experience with unit, system, and integrated testing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

• Epic Ambulatory Certification
• Revenue Cycle Epic certification
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Technical presentation or demonstration experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic MyChart and assigned Epic applications
• Analyze workflows and implement application improvements
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and application support
• Maintain system documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate work with cross-functional and offshore teams
• Provide project status updates and escalate risks as appropriate
• Perform quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
