IT Project Manager | Hybrid | Charlotte, NC | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an IT Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead enterprise technology projects by managing planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid – Charlotte, NC

Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams
• Experience with project documentation, RAID logs, and executive status reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have

• Experience within wealth management, financial services, or regulated industries
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing project financials and executive reporting
• Consulting or professional services experience

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project planning and execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track and communicate project status
• Facilitate governance meetings and project reviews
• Support change management and implementation readiness
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
