Epic Tapestry Consultant (Claims Connect) | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Epic Tapestry Consultant with 6+ years of experience to provide Epic Tapestry implementation, configuration, production support, and optimization services within a healthcare payer environment. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of Epic consulting experience
• Epic Tapestry Certification
• Advanced Epic Tapestry build and configuration experience
• Experience supporting Claims Connect
• Healthcare payer experience
• Strong production support and troubleshooting skills
• SQL experience
• Experience with AP Claims, Authorizations, Capitation, Accounts Payable, and Enrollment
• Knowledge of healthcare integration formats (HL7, EDI, CSV, XML)

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have

• MyChart integration experience
• NICE NOW experience
• Experience mentoring junior consultants
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic Tapestry modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Perform testing and system validation activities.
• Monitor system performance and batch processing.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Support reporting and operational initiatives.
