Epic Business Systems Analyst | 6+ Years of Experience | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an Epic Business Systems Analyst with 6+ years of experience to support the analysis, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise Epic applications. This is a Contract opportunity.

START DATE: 07/13/2026

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Epic Tapestry Certification
• Experience configuring and supporting Epic Tapestry
• Experience gathering business requirements and performing workflow analysis
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting end users
• Experience with SQL and reporting
• Experience using ServiceNow and ITIL methodologies
• Experience supporting healthcare payer/provider applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with MyChart integration
• Experience with AP cycle processing
• Experience with general batch setup
• Experience with ANSI transactions
• Experience working within HIPAA-regulated environments
• Experience mentoring junior analysts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Tapestry
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Perform workflow analysis and support application enhancements
• Coordinate testing and production implementations
• Develop documentation and user training materials
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Monitor system performance and support operational stability
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices
