Program Manager | 6+ Years of Experience | Hybrid | Charlotte, NC | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Program Manager with 6+ years of experience to provide leadership for enterprise product delivery and technology initiatives. This is a Contract opportunity.

START DATE: 07/17/2026

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, Hybrid

WORKER TYPE: W2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

6+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
Experience managing end-to-end product delivery across multiple concurrent projects
Experience partnering with product managers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and roadmaps
Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

PMP certification
Experience supporting cloud-based technology initiatives
Experience working within enterprise product organizations
Experience with DevOps or modern software delivery environments

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead enterprise product delivery initiatives
Develop and manage project plans and schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks
Facilitate project meetings and executive reporting
Manage project documentation and governance
Support Agile project delivery
Ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
