Business Analyst | 10+ Years of Experience | Dallas, TX | Hybrid | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a global supply chain data platform for a major automotive client. This role focuses on understanding business needs, shaping functional requirements, analyzing data using SQL, validating business rules, and ensuring delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations. This is a hybrid contract opportunity requiring onsite work in Dallas approximately once per month, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of Business Analyst or Functional Analyst experience
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Operations or Supply Chain Data Platforms
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications
• Experience validating datasets and identifying data quality issues
• Experience collaborating with Product, Business, System Integrator (SI), and Development teams
• Experience supporting functional testing and solution validation
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting SAP Supply Chain initiatives
• Automotive or Supply Chain industry experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business use cases and priorities
• Facilitate requirement sessions with business stakeholders, SI teams, and source system owners
• Analyze datasets using SQL to validate business requirements
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
• Partner with development teams during solution implementation
• Support functional testing and validate delivered solutions
• Develop functional specifications, process maps, workflows, and user stories
• Maintain project documentation and communicate project updates
• Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders
• Support SAP Supply Chain initiatives and enterprise planning solutions
• Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous process improvement
