TECHNICAL RECRUITER (CYBER & TECHNOLOGY) | REMOTE | CONTRACT

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a remote contract opportunity supporting a healthcare client.

START DATE: June 29, 2026

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

WORKER TYPE: W2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 6–9 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting cybersecurity professionals
• Experience recruiting technology talent
• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications against role requirements.
• Conduct recruiter interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and hiring progress reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support cybersecurity and technology hiring initiatives.

• Consulting industry recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting enterprise hiring programs
